The owner of the online store mano.ee (hereinafter Online Store) is ZRN Group OÜ, registry code 16585592, VAT EE102784994, legal address above. Mano is only an online store — there is no physical store. These purchase and sale terms (hereinafter Terms) govern the relationship between the seller (ZRN Group OÜ) and the buyer.
The seller may change the Terms. Changes take effect after publication on mano.ee. If the buyer uses the Online Store after the changes are published, they are deemed to have agreed to them for new orders. If you do not agree with the Terms, you cannot purchase; in that case, please leave the online store.
By checking „I have read and agree to the terms of sale“ at checkout, the buyer confirms that they have read the Terms and privacy policy read through and agrees to them regarding this order. Without this check, the order cannot be submitted. The buyer also confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the product information to the extent necessary for making an informed purchase decision. The contract enters into force when the payable amount has been received in the seller's account or if another payment method has been agreed at checkout. Prices are in euros and include VAT 24%, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. The regular price is shown next to the discounted price. The seller may change prices (incl. due to costs, taxes or system update); a price change does not affect an already paid order.
Product images are illustrative. Product information may be inaccurate due to manufacturer data; the seller supplements the information on an ongoing basis, but does not assume responsibility for the complete accuracy of every data card. In case of an important question, ask for confirmation before purchase.
1. Scope and validity of the terms
1.1. The terms apply to all who use the mano.ee online store and order home goods (hereinafter Goods), including by concluding a purchase-sale agreement (Sales Agreement).
1.2. By accepting the terms, the buyer confirms that they have read them, agree with them, and will comply with them.
2. Purchasing and placing an order
2.1. Goods with „Add to cart“ can be purchased. Price and availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of the order applies to orders submitted and paid before the price change.
2.2. The Seller has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement and not deliver the Goods if: The Goods are out of stock; the price or characteristics are displayed incorrectly due to a system or human error (obvious error, e.g. 5 € instead of 50 €); the buyer has provided false information; there is suspicion of fraud. In case of an obvious error, we assume that a reasonable buyer understands that it is not a real offer. In such a case, we will refund the paid amount.
2.3. In the shopping cart you can change the quantity. At checkout fill in the address and contact — the package goes to the nearest DPD or SmartPOST parcel locker according to that address. Be precise with the data. Acceptance of the terms is confirmed with a checkmark at checkout. The order is confirmed by payment. An unpaid order will not be fulfilled.
2.4. Payment: methods shown at checkout (e.g. internet bank or card payment, if the payment solution is connected). The seller does not invent payment methods themselves — they appear at checkout after connecting the payment service. After a successful payment we send confirmation by e-mail. 2.5. We deliver to Estonia. Normal delivery time is 4–10 days. There is no visiting store or our own pickup point: the goods come from the EU warehouse to the nearest DPD or SmartPOST parcel locker according to the address given at checkout. The delivery notification goes to the contact given at checkout. The seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the buyer's inaccurate data. An order of multiple items, some of which are backorders, is sent together by default unless otherwise agreed; for separate shipping write to klienditugi@mano.ee before payment.
In consumer sales, the seller bears the risk of accidental damage in transit; the risk passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods (VÕS).
2.6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer (natural person who does not purchase in the course of professional or economic activity), you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by him (who is not a carrier) has physically received the Goods, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, write to klienditugi@mano.ee or fill out contact form (order number). Contact: ZRN Group OÜ, mano.ee, klienditugi@mano.ee. We will send confirmation by e-mail.
The right of withdrawal does not exist, among other things, if: Goods in a sealed package are not returnable due to health protection or hygiene reasons and the package has been opened; it concerns perishable Goods or Goods with an expiration date; the Goods have been made according to the buyer's personal wishes; a sealed audio-/video- or software medium has been opened; other exceptions provided in VÕS.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall refund the payments received from the buyer, including the delivery cost (except for additional costs if the buyer chose a delivery method different from the cheapest usual method), without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method, without any service fee. The seller may suspend the refund until the Goods or proof of shipment is received.
The buyer must return the Goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from sending the notice. Direct return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of defective Goods or if the seller has not previously notified of the costs. Use and try the Goods only as in a regular store. Original packaging and completeness (including promotional gifts) help avoid a decrease in value. If the Goods have been used more than necessary to verify their nature, the buyer is responsible for the decrease in value; the seller may deduct this from the purchase price. In case of a dispute, an independent expert may be consulted; costs are borne by the party whose position is not justified, or shared equally if this is not determined.
The seller may submit a claim for a decrease in value no later than one month after the return of the Goods.
2.7. Cancellation before delivery
After payment, before the delivery of the Goods, you can cancel the order without additional cost by writing to klienditugi@mano.ee (order number). We will send confirmation. If the goods have already been handed over to the carrier, the withdrawal procedure applies.
3. Data protection
3.1. Personal data is processed privacy policy according to. For the performance of the contract (order, delivery, invoice, security notices) separate marketing consent is not requested.
3.2. Direct marketing (e-mail, SMS) only with separate consent. You can unsubscribe by e-mail to klienditugi@mano.ee.
3.3. Product views, additions to the shopping cart and opening the checkout are measured only with analytics consent, on mano.ee's own server. Microsoft Clarity only with analytics consent. Meta pixel only with marketing consent. See cookie policy.
4. Liability and claims
4.1. As a consumer, report non-conformity with the contract terms immediately, no later than two months from the discovery of the defect. Legal liability lasts two years from delivery (VÕS). Upon discovering the defect, do not continue using the Goods if it worsens the condition; keep the Goods.
4.2. Legal remedies: repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal according to the law.
4.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by the buyer's fault, improper use or normal wear and tear. Compliance with EU/Estonian standards is not considered a defect.
4.4. If there is a sales or manufacturer's warranty, the terms are provided with the goods or electronically. The warranty does not limit legal rights.
4.5. Keep the purchase document (invoice, confirmation). Without proof, resolving the claim may be hindered. Claim: klienditugi@mano.ee. If necessary, diagnostics may be required; a separate agreement may be concluded for this.

5. Other terms
5.1. Prices and availability may change without prior notice. The seller may withdraw from the sale and refund the money within a reasonable time.
5.2. In the event of an obvious price or technical error, the sale will not take place (see 2.2).
5.3. During the campaign, the seller may apply a quantity limit per buyer based on stock and demand; information on the product page if the limit applies.
5.4. The content of mano.ee (text, images, design) may not be used without permission.
5.5. Estonian law applies. The mandatory rights of the consumer's country of residence remain in effect. Regarding a legal entity buyer, the seller may limit liability to the extent permitted by law; indirect damage is not compensated, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
