Delivery

We deliver only to Estonia. Normal delivery time is 4–10 days after payment is received. Goods come from EU warehouse. There is no visiting store or our own pickup point. Prices include 24% VAT.

We send the package to the nearest parcel locker according to the address given at checkout. We mainly use DPD and SmartPOST parcel lockers — you cannot choose a separate locker at checkout, the locker is determined by the address.

Parcel locker is free from 59 € purchase. Below that the fee is usually 3,90 €: this is the DPD / SmartPOST last mile fee for delivery to the machine, not a product markup. You cannot select a courier or another machine at checkout.

How to receive

If the shipment is on the way, you will receive a notification to the phone or email provided at checkout. Collect the package from the parcel machine using the code.

Return

As a consumer 14 days from receipt. Write klienditugi@mano.ee or fill contact form (order number). Customer support confirms the return address. The sender bears the return shipping cost, except for defective goods. Keep the shipping order.
