Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

To withdraw, write klienditugi@mano.ee or fill contact form (mark the subject „Withdrawal / return“ and order number). We will send confirmation by email.

Return the goods within 14 days after notification. Return costs are usually your responsibility (except for defective goods). Money back within 14 days after notification; we may wait until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment. Use the goods only to the extent of in-store testing.
