Mano on Eesti e-pood, kus on ligi 1500 toodet EL-i laost: köögitehnika, tööriistad, aed, kodu, lemmikloom, puhastus ja hooajakaubad. Nimi tuleb mangost — lihtne, soe, kergesti meelde jääv. Poodi peab ZRN Group OÜ (registrikood 16585592, KMKR EE102784994). Külastuskauplust ei ole: ostad veebis, kaup tuleb lähimasse DPD või SmartPOST pakiautomaati kassas antud aadressi järgi.
What we sell
Valikus on köögi- ja toitlustustehnika, tööriistad, aia- ja kodukaubad, lemmikloomatarbed, puhastus ja hooajakaubad. Suurem osa kataloogist on VEVORi tooted. Kõik tooted on EL-i laos ja jõuavad Eestisse 4–10 päevaga. Tootelehel on nimi, tehnilised andmed, pildid ja hind koos 24% käibemaksuga.
How to buy
An account is not required. Select a product, add to cart, complete checkout and pay with the method shown at checkout (usually bank link). Before confirming agree to terms of sale and privacy policy. The shop is open 24/7; we process orders on weekdays.
Delivery and warehouse
We ship only to Estonia. Normal delivery time is 4–10 days after payment is received. The goods come from an EU warehouse (e.g. Germany or Poland), not directly from China. We send to the nearest DPD or SmartPOST parcel locker according to the address. Parcel locker is free from 59 € purchase; below that the fee shown at checkout, usually 3.90 € (last mile fee to the locker).
Returns, complaints and support
As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal. Legal liability for defective goods usually lasts two years. Question about product, delivery or return: klienditugi@mano.ee or contact form. We respond on working days, usually within 1–3 working days.
