Cookie policy

1. General provisions
1.1. A cookie is a small file on the device. The same consent rule also applies to other browser storage, such as localStorage. The e-privacy directive (2002/58/EÜ, artikkel 5 lõige 3) and GDPR apply: non-essential storage only with prior consent. The only exception is what is essential for the service and requested by the user themselves, such as the shopping cart and checkout.
1.2. Refusing is as easy as consenting: on the first screen you can choose „Only necessary“, „Advanced options“ or „I agree“. We keep consent for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.
1.3. You can change your consent or disable tracking cookies at any time via the „Cookie settings“ link in the footer.
2. Necessary cookies (always active)
These are essential for the site to function (shopping cart, checkout, security, consent memory). They cannot be turned off.

3. Preferences (consent only)
3.1. Recently viewed products. If you select preferences or „Agree“, the browser remembers up to 16 product numbers (key mano_viewed), to display them on the product page. Name, email, phone or advertising profile are not stored there. The data remains on your device. Product cards are loaded from the mano.ee server based on these numbers. Meta and Google do not receive these numbers.
3.2. This is not essential. „Only necessary“ does not save it and deletes the already saved list. The shopping cart works without it.
4. Statistics (consent only)
4.1. Statistics is mano.ee's own store measurement and Microsoft Clarity. Both are activated only if you select statistics or „Agree“. Google Analytics is not used.
4.2. Store measurement does not set a separate cookie. Cookies _ga and _gid are not used. To verify consent we read an already existing cookie mano_cookie_consent. Browser session memory remembers in the same tab that the same product view or checkout opening is not recorded twice. This memory is deleted when the tab is closed and it is not sent to third parties.
4.3. During store measurement only the event type, product number, quantity and amount in euros reaches the server as a daily aggregate for up to 90 days. Name, email, phone, IP address or visitor identifier is not stored there.
4.4. Microsoft Clarity may set cookies with consent _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (one day). Explanation: privacy.microsoft.com.
5. Marketing and Meta pixel (only with consent)
5.1. Meta (Facebook) pixel is activated only when you have enabled marketing or clicked „Agree“. The pixel measures product views, cart, checkout and purchase.
5.2. This may be accompanied by cookies _fbp and _fbc (about 3 months). Settings: facebook.com/ads/preferences.
6. Search
The search bar is necessary for using the store. We may store the entered search terms and time anonymously to improve product selection and results, without linking the search to an IP address or account.
7. Third countries
Necessary cookies and the store's own measurement aggregates remain hosted by us in the EEA. Microsoft Clarity and Meta pixel may, with consent, mean transfer to the United States under the respective service provider's terms.
8. Other
In the browser you can also delete cookies yourself; then the shopping cart may empty and we will ask for consent again. Questions: klienditugi@mano.ee.
